PROJECT PROPOSAL FOR THE CHURCH.

Description:

ROOFING MATERIALS COST ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOCAL CONGREGATIONS OF Evangelical Lutheran Church of The Gambia, WEST AFRICA.

AMOUNT REQUESTED - $5,000 for each Village.

AIM: To provide Roofing Materials for the Construction of Evangelical Lutheran Church Congregations in The Gambia.

OBJECTIVE:

• Provision of Roofing cost to acquire roofing materials, while the local Church Supplies Materials for the Construction of the walls and Labor for the construction of their local congregations will:
• Help show interest and concern for the souls in Communities we serve presently,
• Help create excitement in new believers in other new communities we are entering into with the Gospel of Christ.
• Help create enthusiasm in the members belonging to various Community congregations to come together in efforts in building their congregations in similar local efforts as some have done in their respective Lutheran Communities.
• Help Evangelists to reach out to more souls who have abandoned their faith and that of this who may have not got the opportunity to gain the Gospel truth of Jesus Christ. E.g. Muslims.

  
  TARGET RURAL COMMUNITIES OF THIS PROJECT

  The target communities of this project are:

  1. Kembujeh. - western Division of The Gambia
  2. Yanga Batang - North Bank Division of the Gambia
  3. Katchume - western Division of the Gambia
  4. Sanguleh or Niani Maloo - North Bank Division of the Gambia.

The communities above are rural places where the local church can afford to provide a piece of land for the construction their churches
